cool off with a fruit-sicle!
Im not sure what the weather is like where you live, but down here in south Texas, it's oh, about 105 degrees.
pop these in the freezer and cool off by the pool!!
add fresh cut fruit to popsicle molds and fill with white grape juice

freeze
